I have taken CHIS membership in June 2019 on EMI (Costing me hefty INR 175000.00) thinking I will enjoy with family. However, all the promises are coming to be fake and they are not responding on emails.
The details are as follows:
They promised 10+5 years of membership with 6 night & 7 days including breakfast - this you can verify from any other customer. When I booked my first holiday they didn't say anything but gave me a 3 Star property and no option to choose from stating all other properties are full (or actually didn't had any room booked in advance), however I agreed because I didn't had any option.
This time when I requested for a room booking, they are telling me breakfast is not included in any of CHIS packages, when I asked where it is mentioned on the contract they said sorry for the inconvenience please reach out to our customer care team.
Their customer care team did not reply to 3 of my emails and when I sent reminder, another representative replied saying your voucher is valid for stay only, whereas I didn't use any voucher. Instead I have a membership and wanted to use a night from it.
I am very upset and frustrated with the services provided.
After looking at customer feedbacks here almost everyone is facing similar issues, where CHIS sales team making fake promises and CHIS delivery team is simply denying or ignoring the customers.
Please tell me the process to cancel the membership and have my hard earned money returned. I am completely fine with CHIS team deducting the membership amount on prorated basis.
