[Resolved] Country Holidays Inn & Suites — Not providing the tickets after the payment

I recently became a member of chis so thougth of booking internatinal flight tickes through them. I have also made the payment but they haven't sent the tickets till now. Its been 5 days since the payment has been made. They do not even receive the calls. After 2 days its my departure date but Im not even sure that these people would be sending the tickets or not. They do not even agree to cancel the membership after giving such bad experience right at the starting and not even picking up calls. Even when you call at customer care they say that the related person is busy in a meeting and he will you back. Its been 3-4 days and im hearing the same reason but I never get a call back. Is this how the services are supposed to be. As the payment has been made please provide me with the tickets.
