[Resolved]  Country Holidays Inn & Suites — Not resolved my previous complaint

I have taken CHISS memberships of Rs 70000 with additional amount for 7500 AMC charges for 5 year plan. They offer me 16k as flight tickets for validity of 1 year but due to covid i was not able to use them. Now everytime I ask for reservation they Rply that " this property is not active due to contractual issue" should we plan our holiday according to CHISS date and their active location? Attaches some of mail screenshot...I have many more...
