[Resolved] Country Holidays Inn & Suites — Refund my amount

They have taken my money. Have refused to provide services each and every time. I have their mails and whatsapp msg. I have paid AMC amount also. Now i don't want to use such type of fake committed services. I want my refund amount. Other wise i am going to complain on consumer forum and ministry of tourism. Have told that my service is suspended and they have denied to refund my amount. I'm going to file a case & letter to ministry of tourism also.

Same is with me, they have denied reservation for whole Delhi NCR and they have taken AMC amount in advance.

It's better to serve legal notice and drag them to consumer court and tourism department.
