[Resolved] Country Holidays Inn & Suites — Refund of payment

Hi Team, I had made a payment of Rs. 5000 as token money for membership plan, subject to getting written offer confirmation and satisfaction with regards to the agreement. The screen shot of payment is attached. Your sales representative has promised that it will get refunded if I am not availing the plan. Screenshot attached for your reference. May 10, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved The company has called up through their no. ‪+91 120 499 4070‬ and agreed to refund the amount once this is marked as resolved. The executive understood the issue and has agreed to send mail for refund. I have not yet received the amount but hopeful that it will be done Country Holidays Inn & Suites customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
