[Resolved] Country Holidays Inn & Suites — regarding poor services and fake commitments by chis team

Dear team,
I have been a member for country holiday inn and suits from 2018, there website lists good 4 star and 5 star properties, unfortunately whenever i enquire for a booking for there listed properties even a month in advance i failed to stay in chis listed property options, i have traveled three times with chis and i have always been provided with a three start property options, wherever i fight for some good options i receive an apology mail from chis, i have spent more than 1.5 lakh for 10 year membership and now i am struck with it, please find me some way to get the refund back as the services provided by there team is not valuable based on the commitment given at the time of booking.

After posting a complaint on Consumer Forum, they provided a solution for me, I will wait further on my next booking for a promising response by CHIS.

Country Holidays Inn & Suites customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
