[Resolved] Country Holidays Inn & Suites — Reservation

I am looking for reservation booking in Manali for Feb'21. However, the team has only given me 1 property option which is neither on website or mobile app. On website there is total 9 property mentioned for Manali and reservation team saying that they do not have contract with any of them. Still all the property is visible on website. Is it to fool customers?

Country Holidays Inn & Suites Customer Care's response Kindly check and go through the mail shared with you by our respective reservations department as has been given an option and also being mentioned that as right now the options are not available and has been advised they would be sharing more possible options accordingly..

Hi Team,
Its not about availability. Not even a single property mentioned on your website is available for booking because CHIS do not have contract with them and this is the statement of your representative from Reservation department. And that is the reason only 1 property option was shared. You can't take bookings for the entire year because you don't have contract. Still all the properties is available on the website to sell membership. That simply means you are making fool of your customers.
