Country holiday is not refunding my money nor providing me the bookings.
I have several email list, what they say never provide the booking everytime they say :
There phone numbers are also switched off or not pickable.
### management started a loot in market. Please take some urgent actions against them. Though I lost my money but let others not suffer them. Please and please look into this matter urgently!!!

We accept bookings only in working hours i.e. 10 A.M. to 5 P.M from Monday to Friday, Saturday & Sunday is our weekly off.
The standard check-in, check-out times will apply as per Hotel terms on your mentioned booking dates.
Confirmation from the member is required within 24 hours for this booking to be finalized, else we may be forced to give you alternate options.
