Country Holidays Inn & Suites — Unable to book my vacations since January, False commitment by former staff

Its always a pain to book holiday with them, never they provide location requested, Never they provide the dates requested, they want us to take vacations according to their availability ALWAYS.

POOR OPTION OF HOTELS.

I have just wasted my money.

All false commitments done by employees.

Last month - August 2023 i was requested by Mr Ankit to withdraw my complaint and he assured will support you the booking in the month of September, today I come to know that Mr Ankit has also left the company.

They have untrained staff who is ready to fight rather then understanding our enquires

Now they are saying to use 17 holidays till 31/3/24

Plz help I need my refund
