The Complaint is regarding General Manager ( Sales) Mrs Sukhpreet Bedi.
We were there at the hotel for Booking of a Wedding and to our surprise she greeted us with her arrogant behaviour and she was very rude to my family members. And not for one moment we felt like a guest there.
We are spending 40 Lacks and still we felt she was doing favour to us.
She even Rudely told my family members to keep shut or move outside as she was talking to me.
We already had an appointment with Mrs Rupa who was handling our booking. The whole sales office was empty and she asked us to leave the hotel premises.
Its our 2nd visit regarding the wedding venue and Her behaviour is the still the same.
Now I am stuck, I have given 30 percent of the amount which is not refundable and there is not improvement in her behaviour. Further There are thousands of complaint for the same lady and Radisson group is sleeping Was this information helpful? |
