Hi, I am using this forum to take out my frustration because I cannot do anything else. My experience after taking the package has become a nightmare.. whenever we asked for any bookings ..the answer is always a Big NO...you people played a very good tactic by giving us a package which is of no use to us. Even during low season, you can not give a room...then how you promise during the purchase process that u will get the rooms in any season. Sales person is a big liar and Joker. Lokesh Pal Ph.
