I am one of old member (membership no. CVKO1CLUB30LR122580) since 2012 . So far I have never felt any problem for getting reservation through their office. This time I have booked through Jeniffer Antony from Kerala office for 3 days 2 night (from 2nd july23 to 4th july23) booking for Shimla on 29th May 23. Booking was done through Mahesh of Chennai office. Booking was confirmed on my payment of Rs 3000/- to them. They have not issued voucher to me even after several reminder. Since voucher was not given to me I asked for a change in date (from 3rd july23 to 5th july23). Mr. Mahesh confirmed the availability of rooms on these date. This he confirmed through mail PFA all whatsapp messages. Despite sending confirmation on email on my several reminder, he had not issued voucher to me. Day before yesterday ( On (20th june 23) he messaged me that your booking is canceled. After planning much ahead of the due dates and with all things fixed, me and my family members annoyed for spoiling my trip by countryvacation. To keep my family happy, I have to book hotel in another destination on the same dates @ more than 3times the tariff I paid to country vacation. I can’t understand how countryvacation can act like this. Countryvacation have to compensate the amount I have spent on booking another destination. I believe countrvacation will compensate the amount for our agony .Request consumer forum to ask for compensation for cheating to the customer.
