[Resolved]  Country Vacations — return my membership fees of rs.95, 000/-

Respected sir,

I am the member of country club vide membership no. Cvvz2club[protected] from estd. 2012 but i did not use my membership due to sudden discontinue service of my job. I worked at mnc organization but unfortunately resigned from my service on october 2013 and after that i am facing financial problem with my family and my son studied at narayana college, visakhapatnam and now i can not effort his college fees rs.97, 000/-
So, please help me so that i can survive my family from stringency of monetary problem.

Please note that the membership fees is not a deposit and non refundable as per the company policy as duly stated in the agreement, The following procedure to be followed for the Transfer of Membership : 1. Existing member has to clear his Membership fee and Outstanding Dues if any. 4.
