We got a call and were invited to a hotel to discuss the offer they were providing.
They told us about the 5 years membership that would cost around 71000.
Me and my wife were confused and we were not sure if we want to take this or not.
Their representative who attended us (Name - kash) told us that they can hold the offer for us and we need to pay a refundable amount of 15000 rs.
Once we decide, either we need to pay the rest of the amount or the complete amount will be refunded in case we say no.
We had a word with the manager there (Name - sajid) and he guaranteed it.
We paid 15000 rs and for which we got the printed invoice as well.
Now, we called the representative and told him to refund the amount as we didnt want to opt for the membership. He said he will talk to his manager and let us know. After that he stopped picking up my call.
I called him multiple times and one day he picked up the phone and i insisted him to give me his manager phone no (Name - sajid).
We had many phone calls with sajid and he said the amount will definitely be refunded and we need to wait since its near 31st march which is the closing time.
After couple of days, when we called sahid, he said he cannot do anything and keep insisting to pay the rest of the amount and opt for the membership.
After this poor service and fake promise, i asked him to refund my amount and i dont want to be in link with his company in any way.
Post that, i had a word with tapas (Sajid manager), pankaj (Business relationship manager) and at last pankaj gave me shivaansh number who is his boss.
Shivaansh said they have fired sajid and will look into my case and refund my amount. Now from last 3-4 days he is not picking up the call and even pankaj is also not picking.
This is a fraud they have done to me for 15000rs.
They even dont reply back to the email which we sent as a part of customer serive.
