I didn't buy their packaga but i know they are fraud. I attended a seminar in which they tried to trap me to buy their package but i diddn't buy.
They gave me movie vouchers and 2 nights free stay but after following up with them for more than 1 month i have not received any positive revert.

We should be take some actions against them.
Let me know if i can help.

It will not work dear ..as admin have all the acceptability to decide which comment is to be shown ...then only the comment would be visible to everyone ...I am trying hard to find out ways . Your ideas and suggestions are most welcomed.

I also faced the same issue. I paid 68000 for the gold package 5 years and now the manager (Mr. Ajay) himself says that the sales person lied to you. I am not getting my membership credentials and when asking for that multiple times still it’s not shared.

It’s a big fraud company and I also want to cancel my registration.

Hii my self vikash jha last 3 month back I took countryard imperial inn & suites membership and now I inform you guys I really apriciate countryard team and countryard hoshpitality service last week I'll go along with my family in club villagio resort Goa overall experience was good in property good service

countryard is a fraud company. They lured me to their seminar and told about their package but after purchase, they changed package details, so I asked to cancel and to refund the money. But customer care service so bad that they did not commit to cancel the package and were unable to show any terms and conditions in their agreement. I asked them to give me in written or by email that package can not be cancelled. But they never did. I am going to lodge a complaint in consumer forum.

I am still fighting with them for my refunds. However, I will not leave them, If it would take me to go to heights and file a legal complaint against them, i will do.

The same case happened with me also. I have bought even a bigger package of Rs.1, 40, 000 for 10 years. But when I went for booking a hotel in singapore they started charging extra amount which was mentioned nowhere in the membership seminar discussion. They had shown me so many perks also but now they are denying for everything. Now their executive stopped replying my calls and emails.
I m feeling cheated and I am trying to get my refund.
Please help me how can i resolve this issue. Requesting you to share something (which can help) as soon as possible at my email id ie: [protected]@gmail.com

Bluedart have the worst service in Bangalore, really hate it and regret putting my faith into it.

Same thing happened to me. Is there any way we can get the amount refunded?

I am also facing same issue. On purchase of 10 year holiday package they offered me 1 international trip of 6N/7D with complimentary breakfast, Airport pick & drop, 3 One-way Air ticket, local sightseeing, etc.
But now at the time of availing they are asking me to bear 60% cost of this which is mentioned totally free in my joining kit.

Even i am facing same issues as mentioned above. I am not getting revert from customer care even after chasing them for more than 2 months now. CIIS is big fraud and this complete package drama is scam to earn money . So at the time of asking the refund back they go by all terms & conditions and while selling the package they dont even give you time to go through term & condition. I even asked them give me time to read terms & condition to which they replier Mam you need to trust us, we have downloaded you all whatever is mentioned. I am going to file legal complaint against them so they stop fooling people around.
MSG to employees-You guys should should be ashamed of yourselfs for being part of such fraud company after all you are trained that ways#FRAUD#LIARS#SCAM.

Hi guys i have purchased the package for 1.2 lacs and same fake promises were made to me also.
While availing the package they are not at all working it out .
Did anyone got their refund and whats the way of doing it. I am planning to file a police complaint and consumer court for legal action against the company.

I am also facing the problem to get my refund as they have made fraud.
And i have visited their office in MGF MALL GURUGRAM.they are still doing the same style conference and trying to make the people fool to get the membership.
I think we all should gather and proceed to their mgf office and expose them for what they did to us . And involve local authorities to help us out

Totally fake company they will sell fraud package and make all ppl fool My I'd is CIIS888910 at the time of selling their executive s made all false promises after this not responding at all their CUSTOMER CARE service is totally ### no one will be ready to fulfill their statements

I have bad experience on this, false commitment.
only they we take money only, customer sending mail and contact regarding their solution, but they will not response to customer.

At the time of sale their membership so many facility are there, but in documentation differ. i am continue to follow up with them by mail, phone, personally. They are not responding, please don't buy their policy. They are Ford.
