We took their membership of 3 years, (membership no is CIISD6655578).
Below is the mail we have received from them after buying membership.
Now all the contact nos, email ids are not available. They took money and gone. . . We have other documents also that were given to us like contract paper and other. . . but of no use. . Is there any way we can take legal action

Summary of Benefits
1) Entitlement of "Countryard Imperial Inn & Suites "
The Company will issue an Enrollment Card. The Card shall be conclusive evidence of Entitlement.
2) Inflation free holidays and other benefits (mentioned below) for a period of 3 years.
Your Entitlement Rights are valid for 3 years commencing from the date of joining. All your entitlements, rights and privileges finish on the last year o[censored]se of this Entitlement Tenure.
3) 3Nights/4Days Holidays every year for 3 years.
Holiday entitlement that will be allocated each year is 3Nights/4Days in a Gold Card (2 Adults & 2 Children below the age of 6 yrs). The entitlement can be used at Countryard Imperial Inn & Suites, any of the Associate properties or Travel Buzz.
4) Right to borrow, Save and Transfer nights.
If you do not wish to use your Nights you can save them for the following calendar year by our Customer service office before 30th November. Nights once rolled over are valid for further one year. You can also borrow Nights from the coming year in order to increase your holiday options.
5) Activities team in hotel to make sure that every moment of a member’s holiday is memorable one.
6) Discount on printed room tariff at CIIS if you wish to avail extra nights over and above your entitlement.
7) Special offer on Diwali / Christmas / New Year celebration event.
