This is in reference to your mail regarding my Entitlement for "Countryard Imperial Inn & Suites".
I am thankful to you to take this opportunity and my esteemed Entitlement of "CIIS778201".
In this regard I like to notice you, some condition that have been explained by your executive at the time of joining and conditions as per mail it differs as under:-
1. That I have paid Enrolment fee for Gold Card INR. 36, 000/- for the period of 3(Three year) plus 2(Two bonus Year) total 5(Five Years) and will be entitlement of total 35 days nights (21+14). (2 Adults & 2 Children below the age of 6 yrs or three adults) But as per your mail it will be 3 Nights/4 Days Holidays every year for 3 years only.
2. That as per your executive I could avail 35 night in single shot in any year of five year period. But it differs as per mail (If you do not wish to use your Nights you can save them for the following calendar year by our Customer service office before 30th November. Nights once rolled over are valid for further one year. You can also borrow Nights from the coming year in order to increase your holiday options.)
3. That for gift voucher no extra utility charges shall be levied. But as per email Gift Voucher nights usages is valid up to maximum of 6 months from the date of joining, can only be used in off peak time. Rs 1500/- +GST utility charges will be applicable per night.
4. That Gold card is applicable for all seasons. But From 15th of December til 15th of January and from 15 of May till 30th of June every year is a black out period, not available in this package.
5. That AMC shall be charged which your avail nights and wave off when I recommend and share ten contacts. But as mail All bookings are subject availability and timely payment of Annual Maintenance Fee RS 8000-/+GST per week/ per year.
6. That no base resort or hotel word explained But as mail It is compulsory to use at least 4 nights in your base resort/hotel in your package tenure.
7. That a gift voucher for Rs 20000 one for every three years not mention in mail.
8. That food voucher for Rs 8000 once not mention in mail.
9. That 2night 3days special for member with spouse inclusive of pick and drop, return flight fares stay, meal not mention in mail.
10. That membership could be converts in five years (Rs, 75000) or ten (Rs, 130000) years schemes by paying difference amount in which I could get Total 8 years (56 nights) and 15 years (105 nights) respectively inclusive of abroad.
11. That your executive word used TravelBuzz but there is no discussion in mail of TravelBuzz.
