We have bought a holiday package of worth inr 70, 000. Since very first day company is not attentive to our requests. Its been 4 month and i have been following up with them over mails, phones and messages but still not getting a valuable response. When we have requested for booking 3 month in advance, they are simply saying it too early and when we have send a request for booking before 60 days they say booking is not possible due to blackout period which they have never mentioned in contract. Even the hotel options we have been given in alternate location are not the same which they describe while selling their deal.. They are asking for additional charges during the booking.
Their sale team, radhika, neeraj, raza, avinash all are fake people and steal your hard-earned money for the promises which they are not able to fulfill. They keep you engaged in email and never provide you any booking. When you try to follow-up with them, they don't answer your calls.
Guys i would urge all of you not get trapped with ciis, they will try to lure you with many attractive offers to eat your hard-earned money.
