The same case happened with me also. I have bought even a bigger package of rs.1, 40, 000 for 10 years. But when i went for booking a hotel in singapore they started charging extra amount which was mentioned nowhere in the membership seminar discussion. They had shown me so many perks also but now they are denying for everything. Now their executive stopped replying my calls and emails.
I m feeling cheated and i am trying to get my refund.
Please help me how can i resolve this issue. Requesting you to share something (Which can help) as soon as possible at my email id ie: [protected]@gmail.com
