Coversmate — coversmate hasn't delivered my product | |
I placed my order on 3 nov for one plus cover and my payment was successful. Untill now i haven't received the order. It stated that the order will be delivered within 10 days and i still haven't got it. Coversmate is a fake sight as their email address and their phone numbers don't even exist now all of a sudden. I have ordered a case cover for phone on 2nd Nov .I had followed all the instructions to get the cover, and it was not available cash on delivery option so I had to do online payment and paid, but from that day onwards till now on tracking option it's still showing processing, I am not confirmed if I will get my product or not, kindly help me.

Coversmate is a online mobile cover shopping website and at the checkout they demand online payment and then there is no one who can give the reply of your order there number is switched off and their email is fraudulent. This needs to be stopped before they loot huge masses.
