[Resolved]  CPP Group India — CPP insurance / SBI Credit Card Fraud money scam.

This is Manivannan V from Chennai. i received call from the last Year November 28th 2022 at 14:28pm. One person called from this number [protected] said calling from SBI Nungambakkam have 10k reward points in your SBI Credit card, so you have to claim to transfer saving account. then while un fortunately i given OTP to him after i received Messages from bank debited amount.

Incident Date: 28th November 2022
Amount : 1st Debit Amount Rs.60420 at 14:18pm & 2nd Debit Amount Rs.11260 at 14:21pm
Total Fraud alert Amt: Rs71680

I received call from SBI Side Person said amount got debited your account
i said its fraud scam money then he said call to complain SBI Customer care block card then it will refund the amount.

I called CPP Members India(Insurance) customer care Number Mr. Vishnu(Tamil Executive) Informed the all details related to fraud service money from SBI CC.

Then Mr. Vishnu (CPP Employee) said will help your to claim 100% for this issue refund. asked police compliant copy and some Documents and he sent the some Documents need to fill and sign then sent hard copy thru courier. once received will close it from the date to 28 working days.

I received the documents form the CPP end then i signed and filled all details. after i sent thru courier(including police complaint) all the related documents. whatever CPP person asked.

I sent all the Docents to below Address Mr. Vishnu given.

I Couriered thru India Post on 29th December 2022 at 17:58pm all the Documents copy and 7th Jan'2023 at 14:11 couriered "Non Reversible "Form documents Copy.

After i called informed to Mr. Vishnu(Tamil Executive) CPP Person he said once received will call u back.

I called CPP Customer care Mr. Mohammed Sheriff ( English Executive) said received Courier its Under process on 16th Jan'2023 itself 20 working days take time for refund. but no respond after that from their end.

So i called again to CPP CC Mr. Vishnu picked and said claim not applicable because its fraud money cheat using " Instapay BBPS PAYNOW IN". I informed him previous discussion then he said will forward to higher Level officers then call you back. it will refund 100% and sent mail to you regards this. but still not received any mail from CPP Persons End.

I shared mail again this issue on 28th Feb 2023 to CPP Team(Card.[protected]@cppindia.com) but still no response.

Need Solution for this. Kindly do needful.
