This is to bring to your attention that I had availed a mobile insurance policy with you. last month 15th February 2022 Unfortunately, my mobile phone was damaged and I had filed a claim with you on the same day. I have sent all the necessary documentation through WhatsApp as requested.

However, I have now been informed that my insurance claim has been rejected. I kindly request you to look into the matter and process my insurance amount as soon as possible.
