Bought a realme mobile worth Rs. 27999 on October 2021 from dealer who is in malad West. And with that purchase the Bajaj person enrolled me to Bajaj fonesafe classic insurance worth Rs. 2574 by saying your phone will be safe like if anything occurs to your phone, you can claim your loss. I never received any call/email nor I opted for any service from CPP Group but still I received below email. Isn't this some kind of fraud this company is playing with people? I want to know who provided the consent to these guys to register me for the card protection plan services? I would like to mention that I HAVE NEVER REGISTERED FOR THIS SERVICE and I am very shocked to see that amount could be debited from my card without my consent/approval.
