I had requested to cancel my membership of CPP on April 11 2022, They had provided information that refund will be initiated within 7 days, yet no refund, also no confirmation mail or message of cancellation has been provided.

This Company is fraud and cheats customer stating security but there is no transperancy of information....

The call I received from CPP customer care executive was similar to the verification call I received from SBI since I received the call before even I got to know that my credit card is approved. CPP Group India — Refund for membership cancellation

I requested for cancellation of CPP membership and I was informed that the membership has got cancelled on March 29, 2022. It's August 18th now and I have still not received my refund for it. I have already registered a complaint here on April 13 and I keep calling CPP everyday asking about the status of the refund and the only constant answer I get from all the customer care executive is "your refund will be credited as early as possible...

      I have cancelled my membership 8 days back but I have still not received the refund. I was informed that it will get refunded within 7 working days but but still I have not received the refund yet. CPP19820137 is my membership ID. I'm expecting a refund at the earliest.

      I've still not received my refund and when I call customer care I get different responses everytime I call. One day they say that the refund is already issued and the other day I got a response that issue is escalated and refund will be made as early as possible. When the debit was made even before I received my credit card, why is refund taking so much time. As per the policies refund has to be issued within 7 working days and it's almost 13 working days now and I've still not received it yet. Why do you have to put us into so much of mental stress for this! I keep calling the customer care everyday and they say the refund will be made as early as possible! I don't understand when this "early" arrives.

        Fraud company and their people cheated me by taking my consent very fastly. I realised i was cheated when i re listened the call recording. They made me believe that im only going to pay my mobile emi and included their protection charge by cheating me. They took consent very fast so no one will realise there is an extra charge.very cheap fraud management. I think their calls are not audited by efficient quality analyst.or else evey one off them will be fraud.

                I raised a claim with CPP against fraud on my Kotak card. The documents asked for where submitted on 03.02.2022. On 18.02.2022 they demanded for police FIR copy. Due to civic body elections in Tamilnadu police officials where on election duty from 18.02.2022 to 24.02.2022. After this due process of FIR was followed and original FIR copy was sent to them on 01.03.2022 received by their guard Mr.Anil on 02.03.2022 for which I have POD proof from bluedart courier. On 09.03.2022 when I called to check status they say claim has been closed. No information was given to me in this regard. This is a clear case of misleading product information. Advice them to process my claim on priority.

Called them many times but they dont give a tentative date when I will get my refund back also they are not giving the superiors email id how can they deduct the amnt without prior intimation of the service which I am not even aware off....
