Cra Nsdl (Central Record Keeping Agency) — Pran Card nor yet delivered

Hai This is Manohar here. I have submitted Pran applications on 20th Nov 2014, received a confirmation mail on January 2015, I have received one more mail on Feb 2nd 2015, regarding dispatchment of Pran card kit. But till now no update on this.. I spoke to branch office about this issue but no good response from them.. Please help me out..[protected] Pran a/C no.
