CRA - NSDL — Regarding a road that was blocked

This is regarding a path to our now land locked plot.The path that lies inside the Assam rifle compound but which was used during /from British time.It was the only way that lead to our plot and was used by plots that is near our plot.Assam rifle closed this path and we have issue getting inside our plot as no one is ready to give us way to our plot...Assam rifle should help us get road to our plot as they have closed the one that we were using.
