Crafin — Amazon gift card money not been more than 2 days

I have been trying to reach out to the team, but no response has been received from the customer care even after waiting for 48 hours.

I have sold my Amazon gift cards, the money is showing as paid in my listing but even after registering my complaint no response is received from the team.

I have used the app before as well but this type of no response is highly disappointing from this app. I would not recommend it using as if the money is stuck no response is received.
