Hello i recently sold an amazon pay gift card on crafin on 18 nov 2024 listing id #321225 . In app there is showing payment status as paid but i didn't receive any money . Generally when i receive payment one mail from Razorpay used to come but this time not received any mail. And after i tried to contact through whatsapp facebook and even through the mail but still no one respond . This is happing with me first time before this i have sold several gift cards but this time i think they scammed me .

I have been trying to reach out to the team, but no response has been received from the customer care even after waiting for 48 hours.

I have sold my Amazon gift cards, the money is showing as paid in my listing but even after registering my complaint no response is received from the team.

I have used the app before as well but this type of no response is highly disappointing from this app. I would not recommend...

I already done with KYC and also mentioned all the details which was necessary but while I was trying to click on sell it was saying that gift card already listed on Crafin.

I logged in to Crafin today (17 April, 2023) as I was in urgent need of money. Got my KYC done (status is still pending) and listed my gift card worth 1000/-
I did not get any listing update in the mail and not even on the app. Also, they claimed that they will release the payment within 30 minutes which obviously did not happen.

Before listing, they claimed that money will be released within 30 minutes. I did not even get any update on the listing on the app. Also, for payout details, I had submitted my KYC documents which show verification pending. Have listed my e gift card on 16th Feb 2023 and even after multiple follow ups no payment has been made. They just pretend to ask for listing id so they could help once you give them bad reviews, but that's only assurance no actions. I have sent them like 40+ msgs for follow ups. #59754 listed date 16th Feb 2023 and not paid till 10th March 2023....
