[Resolved]  Crafin — Selling gift card

I listed my amazon pay gift card on Crafin on 17 April 2023 between 2-3 pm in the afternoon and did not receive any confirmation of the listing. Before listing, they claimed that money will be released within 30 minutes. I did not even get any update on the listing on the app. Also, for payout details, I had submitted my KYC documents which show verification pending. I contacted customer support and they are taking too long to respond. I was in urgent need of money and that's why I decided to sell my unused gift card. Now that I have read a few negative reviews about the bad customer service, I am concerned about my money. I would either like to cancel the listing or request Crafin to pay the amount of the gift card in cash.
