Hi, I placed an order of 2 designer women kurti from craftvilla dated 7th april order#[protected]. I received an incomplete and defective order on 9th april. I logged a complaint for the same to the customer helpdesk. They didn't resolve the issue and told me that they will be checking with the seller about the same. And asked me to wait for 48hrs. I called again on 11th april for the same. The response was atain the same from helpdesk person to wait for 48hrs. Same resolution was provided to me on 13th april, 16th april. On 18th april, paramveer confirmed on the call that a full reund of 1521inr will be sent to me. An sms has been sent on 19th april to me along with an update on website that partial refund of 824inr would be given by the seller. My complaint is that craftsvilla is not taking a responsibility to serve a customer. Any concerns raised to the helpdesk has ended up with false and fake promises and assurance. Please assist to escalate this and resolve it as it never serves a purpose of faithful online shopping. Was this information helpful? | |||
