I had ordered a bag from the website Cromet.shop powdered by Shopify which was delivered by XpressbBees. The product name mentioned was craftsvilla bag have newspapers and the amount was of Rs. 1050/- They do not have any contact number for contacting. I want my money back. This is a fake website and Shopify is fake. Xpressbees needs to verify the authenticity of the seller before taking order.

    I purchased a Yellow Georgette Embroidered Unstitched Salwar Suit for Rs 1687..but due to poor quality i returned it and refunded in my wallet instead of bank account but after few days that wallet amount became zero.. kindly solve the issue and refund the same amount

      I have bought 4 products at different time from the website of approx Rs.6000. When I returned the item I opted for bank account but the money was returned in craftsvilla wallet. I kept only one product of appropriate Rs. 3000 and rest were returned. My wallet was credited by amount of 3000 and after few days suddenly there is no option left of My Wallet in Craftsvilla app. I contacted customer care but yet not received any reply

          We bought a refrigerator from Your Choice on 5th June 2022, and it's not turning on from the very first day. We have called the Manager and also the Employees of "YOUR CHOICE" multiple times but they are not picking our calls or giving us many excuses like they are sending the Technician or technician is unavailable. Disappointed by the poor service provided by "YOUR CHOICE". No proper response at all. Atleast they should send a technician or take away the defective refrigerator and refund the money. But neither is provided by "YOUR CHOICE".

            I received refund in my wallet for a banarasi silk saree, earlier i had bought anarkali suit and the same happened in that case too.
            I want the refund to be transferred to my bank account (i have saved my account details in my profile). No one from craftsvilla responds to the calls.when we call customer care, they don’t pick up. Order id-481244

                      I had ordered a saree (order IdId:[protected] but it was of very poor quality and damaged.So I returned it.The company transferred refund amount after deducting shippingcharges of Rs 149 to WALET for no fault on my part. They refused to transfer refund to my account whereas it should be clearly mentioned on website and customer should be reminded while ordering also.

                      So to utilise that amount lying in WALET, I had no other option but to order another saree.(order ID Id:[protected] . This saree was SHOWN on website as Teal Green and CHIFFON material but actual product is entirely different material and colour.Now Craftsvilla is not responding to my mails.Please help in refund of my money.

                            However as per company they deliver customer product within 6 to 7 working days but my product takes 9 days.

                            No customer care help on customer chat that names maya.

                                We have ordered 3 sarees of approx Rs 5000 on 26th Dec 2020 and got the deliveries on 31st of Dec. However, there are severe quality issues with the products and till today orders are not completed in the system after delivery, due to which we are unable to request “return”. Screenshots attached and as per their customer care it is a technical glitch.

                                This has severely shattered our trust on the company as we are facing issues even with the refund as the customer care informed us today that as per the company policy they cannot refund the amount to our bank accounts which further added to our frustration.
                                If the customer is not happy and wants to return the product, I don't understand the challenge of returning the product and refund the amount.
                                They have also told us that I should send an email within seven days so, I think I am much within time and deserve a refund.

                                We are reachable at +91 [protected] and +91 [protected] in case any details are required. I am lodging this complaint as strict action is required to be taken against these fraud companies who are simply cheating people.

                                  I have purchased a suit material from craftsvilla but I didn't found it good enough. So I returned it but my money did not return to my account, they transferred it to the wallet without my permission. I want it back in my account not in my wallet.

                                    Guys you have pathetic customer care. Have been trying to return a saree for a long.. it's been more than a week. Though I requested you guys to pick up the saree from a different address and you confirmed that on a call, still again and again you are sending the pick up guy to the wrong address...not going to buy anything from you guys again. How many times I need to call you guys..the line is hard to get connected too.
                                    Finally I could again talk today and now you are telling that you cant pick up the saree from new address. Not sur why then those other two customer care agents said that in a day or two it will be picked up from bee address. It was a gift to some other address. Myntra or amazon can pick up from address where it was not delivered but you guys cant. Will make sure no one in my family or friends buy from you guys.

                                        In my order number :[protected] dated 29/9/2020 i ordered
                                        1. Green silk printed kurti with pant set (FS) - MNAVR[protected]
                                        2. Grey Silk Printed Kurti with pant set(FS) - MNAVR[protected]
                                        From the above 2 products I got only No.1 Green silk printed kurti with pant set. I Got the delivery today in a full sealed cover I opened the cover there was 1 set but the bill which was enclosed in the package is having 2 sets. I made a complaint regarding this many times by email and by calling to the customer care also they are telling that we will arrange the pickup of the 1 item which i got and will arrange the refund of both. But when the pickup executive is coming from Ecom Express he is telling that 2 items i have to give him or else the pickup request will be cancelled and again i called to the customer care number they arranged the pickup 4 times but same thing is happening I told the customer care person to arrange pickup for 1 item and they told ok sir but again the pickup person is asking for 2 pieces. I am having the call recording of the conversation with the customer care executives, from last 1 month i am facing the problem but not getting proper response, I am attaching the Screen shots of the emails and also the pickup person AWB Details.

                                        I asked them to refund the balance Items amount but they are not doing that thing also inspite of refund they are telling to return the 1 item which i got and after that they will refund the full order amount for 2 items. But looking at the response from the customer care I am in a confusion that if i return the 1 product also then what is the surety that they will refund the amount to me. They can send me the balance product but that also they are not doing. This is the worst company which i came accross.

                                        today on[protected] I tried to contact the customer care they are telling to again wait for 2 days and when i asked for the surety as i listening this 2 days thing from last 10 to 12 days every time when i am calling they are telling to wait for 2 days and every time new executive is answering the call. But today the customer care person disconnected the call and this happened with me 2 times that they disconnected the call. I am having the conversation call recording but here the option o[censored]ploading is not available. So What should I do know I am not able to understand.
