Hello, I ordered a dress from sutva, com by craftsvilla in jan. The product was delivered late and i was out of town so couldn't receive the product. Now the amount is not refunded, trying to contact from past 2 months but no response. How to proceed with this? In the mail also i have craftvilla mail id and reference. It will be a fraud case if i don't get my money back. I will be registering a complaint within 48 hrs if i don't get any response to this message also. - ashwini Was this information helpful? | |

How can u mark the issue resolved? I have not received any response on this by craftsvilla. Please reoprn and investigate the issue

Thanks for the reply. I ordered from Sutva.com. Order number is 7004. I even have mail id of the craftsvilla person in the mail which they sent when i ordered the product.
When i called customer care they are telling they will not support this and they dont have any relation with Sutva.
