I had ordered a saree (order IdId:[protected] but it was of very poor quality and damaged.So I returned it.The company transferred refund amount after deducting shippingcharges of Rs 149 to WALET for no fault on my part. They refused to transfer refund to my account whereas it should be clearly mentioned on website and customer should be reminded while ordering also.
So to utilise that amount lying in WALET, I had no other option but to order another saree.(order ID Id:[protected] . This saree was SHOWN on website as Teal Green and CHIFFON material but actual product is entirely different material and colour.Now Craftsvilla is not responding to my mails.Please help in refund of my money.
