Sir, This is to inform you that, against the order of 2 numbers 'OM LOTUS Tea Light Large' @ Rupees.760.00 per no -totalling Rupees 1520.00, I had received the parcel of 2 numbers skeleton of the item only without any tea lights - through shipment no[protected] dated 30th March'2015 ( paid cash on delivery). I do regret to mention here that I had placed the order based on the attractive image sample with lights. Now that the sent item is quite different from the image, I would humbly request you to please advise me for the following: i) Procedure for returning / exchanging the item.( Shall be glad if you please send 2 numbers of lighting devices separately without any additional payment from me ) OR 2) Procedure for refund of my amount.
