In my order number :[protected] dated 29/9/2020 i ordered
1. Green silk printed kurti with pant set (FS) - MNAVR[protected]
2. Grey Silk Printed Kurti with pant set(FS) - MNAVR[protected]
From the above 2 products I got only No.1 Green silk printed kurti with pant set. I Got the delivery today in a full sealed cover I opened the cover there was 1 set but the bill which was enclosed in the package is having 2 sets. I made a complaint regarding this many times by email and by calling to the customer care also they are telling that we will arrange the pickup of the 1 item which i got and will arrange the refund of both. But when the pickup executive is coming from Ecom Express he is telling that 2 items i have to give him or else the pickup request will be cancelled and again i called to the customer care number they arranged the pickup 4 times but same thing is happening I told the customer care person to arrange pickup for 1 item and they told ok sir but again the pickup person is asking for 2 pieces. I am having the call recording of the conversation with the customer care executives, from last 1 month i am facing the problem but not getting proper response, I am attaching the Screen shots of the emails and also the pickup person AWB Details.
