I have booked MF Gown vide order No"[protected] dt:30.4.2015 & paid Rs.1770+100=1870 through credit card & the payment has been already credited as per my statement of accounts, but later i recd mail stating that the payment made by you is failure & asked to make the payment once again & suprise to seen that the order no is also change to[protected] and there is no communication in this regard & the item is also not recd so far.
