    Hi team,

    It's been more than a month now since i requested for a return of two sarees but still pickup has not done. From past one month almost everyday i call or mail them they ask me to provide them few more days as they are working to resolve my issue. Now they stopped replying on mail as well. I am not getting any way to get my money back. Please suggest me with some solution.

        I ordered these sarees on 23 August 2019. Two were delivered on 30 August and rest on 9 Sept. #Craftsvilla took 16 days to deliver the sarees. Made 15 calls, more than 20 mails, apart from this no response. Product delivered was totally different and quality of the delivered products was pathetic.

        Sharing this for the one who want to purchase from #craftsvilla and moreover no Feed or rating tab...

          I ordered this product on 28th of july which got delivered on 7th of august, but due to quality issue i raised a return of the same. And today is getting almost more than 30 days nobody came for pickup. Everyday i call customer service and they use to tell that the courier boy called you but you failed to receive so he failed to pickup that item, but nothing is like that, nobody came to took that item. Every single day customer representative use to say that your problem will be solved within 24hours and now its getting height. One of the worst product i received ever which i dont want to
          And day before yesterday i got a call from someone that no body came for pickup? And the chapter was closed he disconnected the call, and today i got a mail from craftvilla that your order has been delivered today, i dont know what is going on... Am complaining for the return pickup and craftvilla is mailing that order has been delivered today.

              I ordered a saree on craftsvilla.com on may 11. My order was supposed to reach on/before 18 may. I received it on may 15. Since the payment was cash on delivery, I gave the cash to delivery boy. When I opened it, I found that the product was different from what I ordered. Fedex was the delivery partner. When I called customer care of craftsvilla, the teller told me that the parcel that I received was not sent by them. But the price was correct. I logged in to my craftsvilla account to see the status it showed that the product has been delivered. There was an option of initiating the return and refund. I chose that and filled all the relevant details along with my bank details. Then the delivery boy from Xpressbees came to collect the parcel on 17th May. He collected and told me that the product would be delivered to the seller and refund would be made via bank account. The product has been reached to the seller but the refund has not been made. When I called craftsvilla they keep saying the same that the product what i received was not from them. It has been nearly two months. Please help me resolve the issue. The saree that i ordered was a yellow one and what i received is a pink one.

                These guys are pathetic. Worst online site ever, this was my order with these guys. Such cheats who do not even know who is partnered with them. My order id is[protected] i received 100 calls from a person saying that he is from craftsvilla.
                I received the order paying 1404 rs in cash later when i opened the packet it was nothing wat i had ordered low and inferior quality saree was inside that packet. I immediately raised the complaint and they didn't respond for one whole day even after saying that they will revert
                After 12 hours, i again called them today and they ask me if the order is delivered by fedex and i said yes. Now these people tell me that they have not partnered with fedex and said to allow some time. These people are running a fraudulent website cheating customers.

                There agent agreed that this had happened with other customers as well however still there is no response from them.

                Pathetic support and people just keep on asking time have absolutely no responsibility to revert back. bunch of cheapters, i wish their company shuts down soon. This was the first time i had ordered from this fraud site i will make sure that i spread this like fire and will also lodge a police complaint.

                How come is this complaint resolved. They have made thousands of promises of refunding my amount i have screenshots and their emails as proof i am not a fool spending money on such ### material. it was my hard earned money. If this company does not refund my money it will be a charity towards this low class organization. i am sharing this on google reviews as well and will bring down the rating

                  ordered a dress from sutva.com by craftsvilla but did not receive the product. refund is also not initiated

                  Hello,

                  I ordered a dress from sutva, com by craftsvilla in jan. The product was delivered late and i was out of town so couldn't receive the product. Now the amount is not refunded, trying to contact from past 2 months but no response.

                  How to proceed with this? In the mail also i have craftvilla mail id and reference.
                  It will be a fraud case if i don't get my money back. I will be registering a complaint...

                    I made an online purchase of 2 anarkalis with a cash on delivery option which i cancelled to be able to make a card payment with a fresh new purchase. The new purchase was 1 anarkali of 1661/-. The payment was successful as the amount is debited from my account. The confirmation that i saw on the website only had order number with the purchase details. My number and email id and address didnt appear. I habemt got any confirmation by sms nor by mail. I have sent my contact details by mail. But have no revert from craftsvilla. Requesting you to act on this case either by delivering the anarkali in 4 days maximum or refunding the amount to my bank.

                            Returned product but did not receive the refund. Contact immediately else will have to raise to consumer forum. I have spoken to the craftsvilla executives on all days of this week but they are just not bothered. They say they will escalate to the concerned team and revert to me but nothing happens! I have been chasing them since long but this type of lax behaviour only goes to say that they are least bothered about customer concerns. I cannot chase them any further. Please help me

                                I have done yesterday one transaction to buy one suit and online the amount debited from my net banking but no email confirmation i or any confirmation i got yet.                                   I want to lodge a complaint against craftsvilla.com. We had ordered a ready-made dress material having an order no. R[protected]. It didn't have a convenient size so we returned it with the help of the app. We gave our bank credentials to the application as asked by the app and the app gave us confirmation of money return after the pickup. The very next day a courier man took the order back but the hasn't been returned yet. It has been a week since the order has been returned but they haven't returned the money yet.

                                      Few days ago i compained the following complaint still no action taken except that i got the consolation mail. This is the previous complaint:

                                      "i am shahnaz from aligarh, i ordered a dress from instagram blog named"stylish_drapes". I contacted them through whatapp no ([protected]) and the day i received that dress the next second i contacted them to return it, but they are not responding to my messages and call. Now they have blocked me.

                                      Somehow i got the number of prem ([protected]) who is working in aligarh in courier company gave me pushpendra's no ([protected]) that he is dealing with customer complains, so might help me in this matter. He helped me only in giving me head office no ([protected]). I called them and with the tracking no he told me thats dress is from craftsvilla.

                                      So further i talked to craftsvilla customer care and that lady told me that they want a proof and want a picture of bill, the email [protected]@craftsvilla.com she told me to contact to this email address.
                                      I talked to so many people and all are giving me the next persons no and my problem is still unsolved.

                                      Now its 7th day from deliverey and i want to return that dress. It is of poor quality and dress not exactly the same whatthey said to me. Its waste for me, i can neither keep it to give away to anyone. I am a student and i bought that of 1800 rs which is not less for me. Please help me in this matter and want that blog should be blocked as they are fake and cheating customers and after that ther are not responding."

                                      Now i have talked again to the courier department they said company have to mail them then only he can send his delivery boy to pick up the item.
                                      Today the stylish drapes (Whataap no [protected]) texted me that i have to courier to the company back with my own expenses. Before ordering i have asked them about their return and exchange policy then he did not mentioned any such condition. If i would have known this thing before i would not ordered from them. Its companys fault if they are cheating with their customers.

                                      If i have to return the dress by courier then they should provide me shipping charges else mail the courier company to pick it up. And after dealer behaviour i am afraid if i will get replaced material of good material or my money back.

                                      Its so many days since matter is going on. I want to return it if they cannot send their delivery boy. Else i will complaint against the dealer as he misbehaved with the customer and has blocked me before and not returning or exchanging or giving my money back.

                                      Now i am pissed off and i can take some serious steps.
