Dear Craftsvila Team, I had ordered a Saree from craftsvila via crazy sale (Surat, Gujarat). It was the first experience but i must say it was worst experience ever. First of all the quality product was very poor. And the number was written on the courier was not reachable since 2 days. And when i registered a complaint through email in Craftsvila, they reverted back o send the courier in 7 days to the designer address which cost rs. 250 and i'll have to bear this. I am really very disappointed. Please let me know if you can help me out of this. I want them to pick product and refund my money. hope to hear from you! Regards, Ashveen
