[Resolved] CraftsVilla.com — product not delivered to me, payment done, status showing product delivered | |||
Dear team, I have ordered one product from craftsvilla online shopping app on 4th may 2018, it is showing delivered to me on 7 th may 2018, but not receiving the same till 8th may i called customer care but they confirmed me that their will be no issue, it's system problem. Thereafter i am continuously following up with the customer care but hardly getting positive solutions. Two days before i received mail from them saying that product has been delivered to us which had been confirmed by their logistics, whereas we did not receive any product from craftsvilla. This is very harrassing to us. Would request to consumer forum to help me to get proper solution as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
