[Resolved] CraftsVilla.com — Refund not given | |||||
Respected Authority We issued an order from Craftsvilla on dated 18/11/2016 but returned their product on 24/11/2016 due to the delay in their delivery date. It has become 1 month and 3 days that the refund hasn't been made to our account but they keep on saying that it has already been transacted on 22/12/2016. They don't even know the bank account number to which they had made the transaction. And the same mail as sent by them has been attached below. We have also attached the bank details of date 22/12/2016 which shows no transaction from them. The amount is of Rs 2047.00. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Shipment #[protected] As per our records, we have already initiated the refund for the order amount. Hence, request you to please check with your bank once for the same.
