Sir, 1. With reference to the above it is intimated that I place an order for one saree form your store on 05 Apr 15 and I got an e-mail with above mentioned reference that my payment is successful. But my account with craftsvilla shows that I have no confirmed order. My bank Accont shows two payments towards craftsvilla of Rs 330+330. 2. Till date I have got neither any information from your end regarding despatch of my consignment nor my amount has been refunded. 3.
