[Resolved] CraftsVilla.com — refund of an unordered product | |||||
Order no.[protected] Ship date 14/05/2018 I ordered a “gold plated heart shaped mangalsutra cum bracelet” amounting ₹595 from craftsvilla a few days back which i received timely. Two days after i received my order, i received one more parcel with the same order no. & amount but the item in it was a necklace which i did not order. Since i was not at home, my son payed ₹595 to the delivery boy for the same. I request you to refund my money as soon as possible. I would not accept any sort of points, i need my refund to be made either by cash or by cheque. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Here is the invoice of the product which was not Ordered by me. But in my absence my son took the parcel... Now I want my money to be refunded...
