The Product (51006_Green color velvet designer gown) which has been delivered on 13th oct 2015 is damaged and different color and cloth fabric is very bad quality, that's why I have to return the product.
As above request craftsvilla told me that, send product back and when seller was received this product craftsvilla have to pay, form your side I got confirmation on dated 19th Oct 2015. but till now I did not receive payment in my account. after lot of reminder by mail and phone.
I didn't get my product amount Rs.666/- back and also for return courier charges Craftsvilla is providing me with Rs 100 coupon which obviously I did not accept because the mistake was from their end, they delivered wrong product and with no shopping I incurred a loss of 150. Craftsvilla must have to pay full courier charges which is mention on courier receipt.
