[Resolved] CraftsVilla.com — Refund process failures | |||||
I ordered a saree from craftsvilla on the date: 22nd november 2016 for which i received the delivery on 26th of november 2016. Product details: = Kyward enterprise royal blue sarees Seller : skyward enterprise Qty : 1 Order id:[protected] Price: inr 855 As the product was not appropriate, i initiated a return process for the product which was requested on date 29th november 2016. Product was successfully returned and i received an email saying that the amount will be transferred to my bank account. It says that the amount will be processed and you will receive the amount in your bank account in 7-10 days. But it never happened in my case. They also mentioned that they have successfully initiated the fund transfer with sharing some payment gateway transaction. I tried checking the account but i never received any amount. When i requested to check for the refund, they said they have done it and asked me to check the account again (Dec 12th). I said i havent received the amount, then i was asked to share the screenshots of my bank account to check for the transactions in the month of november and december. I shared it both the statements screenshots (14th december) Few days after that on 15th december they emailed me that your transaction was delayed due to technical issues and refund has been initiated again and you will get the amount in your account in 7 working days. Its 24th december and i havent received in my bank account associated in my craftsvilla customer account. They never update the client and say that they will revert to us in 24-48 hours. Its the worst experience i had shopping online and craftsvilla is surely the worst of all. The refund process they say is absolutely easy, but in my case they are just avoiding my issues and delaying the transfer due to poor reasons. I need complete refund asap.
