[Resolved] CraftsVilla.com — return of saree product and no refund

My shipment no.[protected] dated n17/04/2018. Refund of the same is not yet received. As the product was taken back on 17/04/2018, till date there is no refund made to us nor any communication done on that behalf, client name mr. Sachin sonawane residing at 100, ghorpade peth, opp. Devaki hotel, vide order no.[protected] dated 13/04/2018, as the product was defective it was taken back by concern courier & text message was received on 17/04/2018. That the refund will done on 2/3 working days. But till date refund is not made.
