We have ordered 3 sarees of approx Rs 5000 on 26th Dec 2020 and got the deliveries on 31st of Dec. However, there are severe quality issues with the products and till today orders are not completed in the system after delivery, due to which we are unable to request “return”. Screenshots attached and as per their customer care it is a technical glitch.
This has severely shattered our trust on the company as we are facing issues even with the refund as the customer care informed us today that as per the company policy they cannot refund the amount to our bank accounts which further added to our frustration.
If the customer is not happy and wants to return the product, I don't understand the challenge of returning the product and refund the amount.
They have also told us that I should send an email within seven days so, I think I am much within time and deserve a refund.
