Date of incident : 19th july 2016 Craftsvilla-escalating manager : mr. yash's number : +91 [protected] I have done many follow ups with the escalating manager : mr yash to get the money refunded for the product for which the payment was done online on 14th july 2016. the delivery boy charged unnecessary amount for a blue green suit on 19th july 2016 from my relatives who were not familiar with online shopping and the fact that the payment was already done. the delivery boy took advantage of this and asked them to pay the money without asking them to pen down their signatures on the paper. Mr. yash promised to refund the amount but till now no action is taken. I am just given fake promises from craftsvilla team. Sorry to say.. but this has been the worst experience ever i had, while opting for online shopping and craftsvilla customer care is the worst team to handle their customers.
