I have filed many complaints and have done many follow ups with the escalating manager : Mr Yash, Ms Seema ghosh but ended up with negative results every time. Your customer service team promises to arrange a call back but no response at the end..
I was said in the previous complaints filed in consumer complaints that my refund would be done with 3-4 business days but its more than a month that I am doing follow ups with u.
I have to file a new complaint every time because you don't reply to the comments of the previous complaint.

its payment was done online on 14th july 2016 but the delivery boy charged the amount Rs.950/- from my grand mother taking advantage that she didn't knew about online shopping.
This might be the 50th time, I am chasing you.
Please provide the refund.
