[Resolved] CraftsVilla.com — Wrong product delivered. Refund pending

I have ordered two sarees on 1st nov 2016. On 7th nov craftsvilla delivered me a salwar piece which was a wrong product. For which i had to pay Rs. 1049 since it was delivered in my name and address. Also after complaining for refund, they asked me to self courier it. Very poor refund response. One month and 12days and still no refund has been processed.Doesn't value the customer at all.Gives only false promises.

Updated by Shiksha Nandi I have ordered two sarees on 1st nov 2016.Instead of that on 7th nov craftsvilla delivered me a salwar piece of Rs. 1049 which was a wrong product. I had to pay for it since it was delivered in my name and address. After complaining to the customer care, they asked me to self courier it. I had to complain them every other day to remind them about my refund. Very poor refund response, no value to the customer. Give false promises every other day. Also the supervisor doesn't give response at all.
Total amount is Rs. 1149 including the self courier price.
I hope after this they take action.
