[Resolved] CraftsVilla.com — Wrong product delivered. Refund pending | |||||
I have ordered two sarees on 1st nov 2016. On 7th nov craftsvilla delivered me a salwar piece which was a wrong product. For which i had to pay Rs. 1049 since it was delivered in my name and address. Also after complaining for refund, they asked me to self courier it. Very poor refund response. One month and 12days and still no refund has been processed.Doesn't value the customer at all.Gives only false promises. Was this information helpful? | |||||
