CraftsVilla.com — Wrong Shipment FRAUD COMPANY!!!

Shipment Number::[protected] I ordered a product from Craft villa and they sent me a wrong product. When i tried to contact them. The contact details given are not valid. Even the login details sent are invalid. This is totally a fraud company and now they are neither responding nor ready to replace the wrong products sent. And they ask us to courier the wrongly dispatched product but as per my friend's experiences and the reviews, this is a fraud company. Once you courier the wrongly dispatched products, they do not respond back to you or your emails. If my complaint is not resolved, it might force me to take legal actions against this company.
