[Resolved] CraftsVilla — Not giving my refund | |||||
I have purchased a suit on 16th jul 2016 cash on delivery. And request to return on same day it was delivered to me coz the material was very bad. Their courier boy initiated pick up on 19th july 2016. I have not received my refund till now. Calling them daily & they make fake promises that they will refund the money. Aug 19, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved They took huge time & very slow process. Their finance team is zero. But i kept my effort constant they was in touch by mail. same mail id mentioned on their website.
What ever proof they required i submitted. In last i won the battle. This answer i am getting from 20th July. So many times called you people got the same reply. Sent my account statement for verification. Still need time. Whenever called you people always excuses for 24 hrs time. You people harassing me for refunding my hard earned money. From 16th July its 02 August. Still u people need time.
